William Wilson

Mr. William “Howard” Wilson, 72, of Bennett, N.C., died Wednesday, March 29, 2017. A graveside memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, April 1, in the Bennett Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall following the service.
Howard was born in Chatham County on August 22, 1944 to William Howard Taft Wilson and Vonnie Mae Stokes. He was a lifelong resident of Bennett, and an avid outdoorsman. Anything from hunting and fishing, to baseball and riding his Harley, he loved to be outside. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his daughter Lora W. Maness of Robbins; sons Keith Howard Wilson and wife Brooke of Robbins, and Bradley Taft Wilson of Robbins; grandchildren Jessica, Stephanie, Sophie, Ava, Kendale, Josiah, Dylan, Colby, and Tre; great grandchildren Ely, Ame, Allana, and Max who was born 3/30/2017, along with a host of family and friends.
