Travis Mofield

Aberdeen: Mr. Travis Wayne Mofield, 36, of 36141 US Highway 1 South, Aberdeen, NC, passed away Friday, January 31, 2014 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 2pm at Brown's Chapel Christian Church in Robbins, with Rev. Michael Parenti officiating. Burial will follow at a later date.
Travis was a Moore County native and a carpenter in the construction business. He loved to fish, hunt, and also loved to go 4 wheeling, riding dirt bikes, and was an avid NASCAR fan. He was preceded in death by his Maternal grandparents, Marvin & Margie Moore, as well as Paternal Grandparents, Dallas & Bertha Mofield.
He is survived by his parents, Dallas "Buck" Mofield, and his mother Virginia "Ann" Moore Mofield of the home; brothers-Michael Mofield & his wife Shannon of Riverview, Florida, and Keith Mofield of the home.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 3, 2014 from 6-8pm at Brown's Chapel Christian Church, and other times at his home.
