Sheila Sapp

Mrs. Sheila Helen Sapp, 55, of Bennett, died Thursday, November 12, 2015 at her home.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Sheila was born in Brockton, Massachusetts in 1960. She proudly served in the United States Marine Corps achieving the rank of Lance Corporal. She worked as an animal control officer and served with H.S.U.S., The N.C. Animal Rescue and was a member of the A.S.P.C.A. . Sheila was known for her love of animals and made many rescues through the years. Her favorite pastimes were horseback and motorcycle riding. She loved the beaches and mountains of North Carolina and spending time with her family and friends. She was loved by all who knew her and will be sorely missed.

She is survived by her husband Steve Sapp of the home, One son, Christopher Andrus and wife Carol Anne of Allen, Texas, Grandchildren and One great-grandchild.
