Surrounded by his family, Richard Odell Murray, 84 of Bennett, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at Coventry House of Siler City. His family has no doubt that he was able to walk for the first time in several years through the gates of Heaven to meet Jesus and many loved ones who have passed before him. As the family sat by his side, Richard’s nephew Tim Murray prayed with the family. Within a matter of minutes, Richard met Jesus.
