Nathan Kerr

Mr. Nathan Russell Kerr, 31, of Raleigh, N.C. , formerly of Bear Creek, died Thursday, August 23, 2018 at his home. The family will conduct a Memorial Service privately at a later date.

Nathan was born in Norfolk, Va. In 1987, son of Melvin Russell Kerr, Jr. and Patricia Gay Robinson Kerr. Nathan never met a stranger and was kind and caring to all he met and knew. He was very accomplished at motocross racing and modifying  four wheel drive trucks. Fishing with friends and family was a favorite pastime but mostly he loved and cherished his family and the time spent with them, always being the life of the party. He touched many lives in his short time here and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his parents, Melvin and Patricia Kerr of Bear Creek; his daughter, Macee J. Kerr of Siler City; two sisters, Lauren McMillan and husband Grant of Silk Hope and Shelby Kerr and fiancé Kain Shenk of Raleigh; one brother Jeremy Kerr of Liberty; two nieces Berklie McMillan and Enslee Kerr and a host of family and friends.
