Robbins: Milton Elbert "Buck" Hussey 65, 0f 1076 Smyrna Ch. Rd., Robbins went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst. There will be no formal service but there will be a celebration of his life on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 1 pm in the Family Life Center at Smyrna United Methodist Church where he was a member. All of his family and relatives are invited to attend.
Mr. Hussey was the son of the late Lendo Elbert "Pete" & Thelma C. Hussey, and he worked as a fixer in the textiles industry. He loved being outdoors whether it be deer hunting or gardening, he loved to preserve what he grew.
Mr. Hussey is survived by his Wife- Judy G. Hussey of the home. Daughter- Tara H. Hackney & husband Tony of Robbins. Son- Mark Hussey & wife Ann of Robbins. Grandchildren- Lily & Landon Hussey. Sisters- Mary Ann Myrick & husband James of Star, & Martha Martin & husband Rickey of Denton.
His request was no flowers be given, but rather donations be made to FirstHealth Hospice or Smyrna UMC Cemetery fund.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to FirstHealth, and all the prayers from friends that had supported them during his illness and passing.
Joyce-Brady Chapel is serving the Hussey family.
