Biography
Seagrove: Michael Ray Hartsell 49, of 3800 W.A. Craven Rd., Seagrove, NC passed away Friday April 13, 2012 at Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday April 15, 2012 at 3 pm at the Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Cooper, Rev. David Davis, and Dr. Neal Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery.
Mr. Hartsell was a Moore Co. native and had worked at Burlington Industries. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was preceded in death by his wife Elaine Buie Hartsell.
Mr. Hartsell is survived by Daughter- Stephanie Hartsell Hussey of Robbins. Son- Collin Ray Hartsell of the home. Father- Albert Hartsell & Step-Mother Mary of Robbins. Mother-Georgia Ritter Layne of Carthage. Sisters- Debbie Hartsell of Carthage, Tina Spivey of Robbins. Grandaughter- Alexis Hussey to whom he referred as "Baby Girl".
