Madar Garner

Madar Brady Garner, 90, of 8802 North Howards Mill Road, Robbins, went home to be with her LORD & SAVIOR Monday morning January 14th, 2013. She was a resident of Autumn Care in Biscoe. Ms. Garner was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, & great-grandmother. She was retired from Collins & Aikman in Siler City after 31 years of service. She dearly loved her church family.

She was preceded in death by her husband Elvin “Pete” Garner, parents, Walter Issac & Mae Kiser Brady, and brothers, Mack Brady & Garland Brady.

She is survived by daughter, Elva Lou Maness(Bobby Earl) of Bennett; son, Donald Garner(Wanda) of Carthage; sisters, Lucilla Chilton of Gibsonville, Ella Mae Fagg of Ramseur, and Betty Sue Greene of Seagrove; brothers, Worth Brady(Claudette) of Asheboro, Gale Brady(Mildred) of Columbia, SC, and Lavan Brady(Linda) of Seagrove; sister-in-law Sarah Brady, and sister-in-law Dorothy Garner; seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 15, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at Joyce Brady-Chapel in Bennett, and other times at the home. Funeral will be Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 11am, at Beulah Baptist Church in Bennett, with Dr Neal Jackson, officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Beulah Baptist Church Building Fund.
