Biography

Ms. Louvene Williamson Maness 88, of 240 NC Hwy 22, Bennett, NC passed away Sunday, October 27, 2013 at FirstHealth Hospice in Pinehurst. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 2 pm at Joyce-Brady Chapel with Rev. Joey Greene officiating. Burial will follow at High Falls Wesleyan Church Cemetery following the chapel service.
Ms. Maness was a Moore County native and was the daughter of the late John T. & Sarah K. Williamson. She had worked as a textile worker and in later years took pride in caring for children. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her Husband- Victor Maness, 4 sisters and 5 brothers.
Ms. Maness is survived by her Daughter- Elaine M. Jones & husband Doyle of Bear Creek. Granddaughters- DyAnna Moore & husband Scottie of Robbins, Dana Jones & husband Jason Harris of Bear Creek. Great-Grandchild- Shae Moore. The family would like express their deepest thanks to her special caregiver Linda Kivett.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Joyce-Brady Chapel, 3833 Chatham St., Bennett, NC 27208 and other times at the home of her granddaughter Dana. You may offer online condolences at www.joycebradychapel.com . Memorials may be directed to FirstHealth Hospice in Pinehurst.
