Lewis Beasley

Mr. Lewis Leon Beasley, 55, of Robbins, N.C., died Sunday, August 14, 2016, at the Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro, N.C. . The visitation will be held Wednesday afternoon at Unity Grove Baptist Church in Carthage, from 1:00p.m. - 2:45p.m., prior to the funeral service beginning at 3:00p.m. . Rev. Jason Cheek will conduct the service and burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery.

Lewis was born in Sampson County, N.C. in 1961, son of the late Leon Beasley and Charity McDaniel Beasley. Lewis worked for the Town of Southern Pines. He was a proud member of the N.R.A. and loved hunting and fishing. One of his other passions in life was playing music with his friends at various local venues. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Bobby Edward Beasley.

He is survived by his daughter, Charity Miller and husband David of Sophia, N.C. and one granddaughter, Autumn Beasley also of Sophia, N.C. and a host of family and friends.
