Siler City: Mr. Larry Stephen Fields, 58, of 2875 Pleasant Hill Church Road, Siler City, NC, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014 at his home. He was the son of the late George Howard Fields and Elma Caddell Fields. Mr. Fields was a retired Supervisor at Stanley Furniture Company of West End, and GKN of Sanford. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Clyde Fields, a retired NC Highway Patrolman. Mr. Fields liked to work on cars, loved racing, as well as fishing, and was an avid animal lover.
He is survived by his Sisters-Anna Fields Brooks and husband Larry, of Siler City; Janice Mae Brooks and husband Eli, of Bear Creek; Brother-Robert Fields and his wife Nancy, of Carthage; Partner-Frances Grimm of the home. He was also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at a later date.
