Larry Crabb

Mr. Larry Lee Crabb, age 72, of Putnam -Glendon Road in Carthage, passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at FirstHealth Moore Regional in Pinehurst. He was the son of the late Doyle & Nora Waddell Crabb. He was a retired salesman and truck driver. Mr. Crabb was a faithful member of Lighthouse Baptist Church of Seagrove who loved his church, family, and most of all, the LORD.

Funeral Services will be held 2pm Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at the Lighthouse Baptist Church, 6220 US Highway 220 S. (ALT), Asheboro, with Pastor Michael Poindexter officiating. Burial will follow in Putnam-Friends Church Cemetery, 136 Putnam Church Road, Carthage.

Visitation will be held 6-8pm Monday August 3, 2015, at Joyce-Brady Chapel, 3833 Chatham Street in Bennett.

He is survived by his wife Ruth Seawell Crabb of the home; Daughters-Denise Collins of North Wilkesboro, and Drucilla Hayworth & husband Rev. Brady Hayworth of Purlear; Step-Daughters- Terri Martindale & husband Bradley of Robbins, Theresa Polston & husband Jerry of Bennett, and Tonya Ritter & husband Eric of Bennett; Grandchildren- Anthony Crabb, Kristina Crabb, Caleb Hayworth & Adam Hayworth; Step-Grandchildren-Jared Martindale & Holly Martindale, Hayleigh Smith & husband Dallas, Scotty Polston & Lindsay Polston, Savanah Ritter, Curt Ritter, & Taylor Ritter; Great-Grandchildren-Shyann Crabb & Savannah Crabb; Step-Great-Grandchildren- Cayden Greene & Presleigh Smith; Sister- Donna Cox of Bowie, Maryland; Neice- Sandra Arnold; Nephews-Lew Carter & Gary Williams.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Son-Derrick Crabb; Granddaughter-Hannah Hayworth; Great-Grandson- Joshua Crabb; Sister-Betty Russell.

The family ask that in lieu of flowers Memorials be made to the Lighthouse Baptist Church, 6220 US Highway 220 S. (ALT), Asheboro, NC 27205
