Jesse Harrelson

Jesse Edward Harrelson 55, of Oroville, Washington passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2019 in Minot, North Dakota.

Jesse was born in California to Thomas and Clara Harrelson on May 15, 1963. They moved to Robbins, NC in 1965. He spent most of his life in Washington State and was an outdoor enthusiast that enjoyed camping, fishing, and hiking. He was a member of Tonasket Washington Seventh Day Adventist Church. He attended his church regularly and held the office of Superintendent. Jesse was employed by a Service Transport Company in Williston, North Dakota and was very dedicated to his job.

Jesse was very health focused and vegan for many years. He was passionate towards politics and was a strong, committed conservative that cared for the well-being of his country. His future dreams were to become a pilot and to own his own tractor-trailer.

Jesse is survived by his wife, Shelle N. Harrelson, of Oroville, Washington; daughters, Connie Beth McDermott (Husband Jimmy) and April Marie Culberson; four granddaughters, Lelise and Zoey Culberson and Ayla and June McDermont,  of Seven Lakes, NC;  two stepsons, Jared and Chris of Oroville, Washington; brothers,  Thomas Harrelson, of Seagrove NC  and Fred Harrelson (wife-Susie), of Seagrove, NC; sisters,  Mary Garner-Britt, of Robbins, NC and Nancy Chapman (husband David), of Spencer, NC.

The family is at peace in knowing that Jesse (Dad) was a born again Christian and one day will be in his humble presence.

Jessie will be laid to rest beside his Mother, Clara Belle Garner Harrelson.

A graveside service will be held at 5:00 pm on April 18th 2019 at Calvary Baptist Church, 549 Plank Road, Carthage, NC 28327.
