Bobby Hudson

Bear Creek: Mr. Bobby Gayle Hudson 58, of 6999 US 421, Bear Creek, NC 27207 passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 in Hamlet, NC. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 2 pm at Meroney United Methodist Church with Rev. Ray Gooch officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Hudson was a Chatham County native and was a mechanic most of his life. He worked the last few years at We Pump It Portables as a mechanic and truck driver. He loved racing and especially NASCAR and Pure Stock Racing at Caraway. He was preceded in death by his Father- Robert Gayle Hudson, Brothers- Buddy Michael Hudson and Benny Thomas Hudson.
Mr. Hudson is survived by his Son- Jonathan Hudson of Bear Creek. Mother- Cleo Wicker Hudson, of Bear Creek. Brothers- Billy Hudson & wife Martha of Ramseur & Barry Hudson of Bear Creek.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 6-8 pm at Joyce-Brady Chapel, 3833 Chatham St., Bennett, NC 27208 and other times at the home of his mother at 12580 Hwy 902, Bear Creek.
