Annie Yow McLeod

Annie Lee Yow McLeod, 66, of Star, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023 at FirstHealth Moore Regional. Plans are incomplete and will be announced as soon as they are available.

Annie was born in Randolph County on August 19, 1957 Coy and Ruth Ann Owens Yow. She was a member of New Beginnings Worship Center in Archdale. She was a homemaker and caregiver for many family members through the years. She loved to cook for her family and friends. She cherished being a wife, mother and grandmother. Annie was passionate about attending church.

She preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Ann Yow and one brother, Kenneth Yow.

Annie is survived by her husband of 18 years, Ransom Odell McLeod, Jr., of the home; father, Coy Yow, of the home; children, Ryan & Kristen McLeod, of John’s Island, SC, Jessica M. Leviner & Jason, of Johns’ Island, SC, Karah M. Jackson, of Siler City, Michael McLeod, of High Point, Kia Tally, of Star, David Garner, of Robbins and Dale Conklin, of Robbins; sister, Kay Caviness & Mickey, of Star; fourteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
