Clifford “Albert” Brown, 84, of Robbins, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023 at FirstHealth Hospice. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at Beulah Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Jason Whitehurst and Ken McDowell presiding.
Albert was born in Moore County on June 24, 1938 to Arthur and Fronnie Morgan Brown. He was a member of Flint Hill Baptist Church and a barber in Robbins for 53 years. He worked with cattle, horses, mules and sawmilling. He was a hard worker and had to have something to do at all times. He enjoyed deer hunting and working draft horses. He dearly loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Albert is survived by his wife of 60 years, Catherine Caviness Brown, of the home; sons, Eddie Brown, of Robbins and Jamie Brown and wife, Katie, of Robbins; grandchildren, Kaley Brown Lawing and husband, Adam, of Asheboro, Lucian Brown and Constance Brown, both of Robbins and a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 8454 Howard Mill Rd., Bennett, NC 27208.
