Carlie Voss

Carlie Marissa Voss, 20, of Robbins, gained her angel wings on Wednesday, November 11, 2020. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church, in Eagle Springs, with Andy King presiding. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:30 pm-2:45 pm. Joyce-Brady Chapel will be open on Saturday, November 14, 2020 from 12:00 pm-5:00 pm for friends to sign the register.

Carlie entered the world on October 24, 2000 to her loving parents, Bryant and Pamela Allred Voss, of the home. She is also survived by brothers, Christopher V. Newsom and husband, Michael, of Mt. Holly and Cody R. Voss and wife, Lindsey, of Seven Lakes; sisters, Cailyn V. Chadwick and husband, Austin, of Spring Lake and Victoria Hash, of the home; the love of her life, Phillip Baird, of Bear Creek; grandmother, Brenda J. Allred, of Robbins; grandfathers, Billy R. Voss, of Carthage and Frank C. Collins and wife, Peggy, of Rockingham; a multitude of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and her dog, Beau.

She was preceded in death by her Paw Paw Buck (Vernon Lee Allred); grandmothers, Betty L. Voss and Diane Collins; great-grandmothers, Arlene M. Jefferies and Lucy Derotha Allred and aunt, Sharon Allred Craven.

Carlie graduated from North Moore High School in 2019 and has always had an inner light that would brighten any room. She was a loving, friendly, funny, goofy, Christian young lady. She loved God and all of her Carolina Bible Camp family. Carlie impacted so many lives no matter where she went, even if it was a short period of time. Though we are sad for her to be gone, we know that she is in the loving arms of her Savior.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Bible Camp and Retreat Center, 1988 Jericho Church Rd., Mocksville, NC 27028.
